(formerly Oronova Energy Inc.) has completed its reverse takeover acquisition of the Cameron Gold Project in Northwestern Ontario, featuring over 1.25 million ounces of contained gold, and expects to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker "SEVA" on March 18, 2026.
